The U.S. Citizenship Class presents a general overview of basic civics facts, American history and the functioning of American government in simple language to prepare students for the citizenship test. We use lectures, workbooks, games, writing and listening exercises, as well as audio and visual aids to accomplish our objective. Students are provided extensive practice questions for test preparation and for building confidence. The course provides reinforcement in skills needed to pass the test and include vocabulary, listening comprehension, writing and spelling. It also helps students develop the skills and confidence necessary to succeed in the INS interview.

The objective of the U.S. Citizenship Class is to prepare students with the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain American citizenship.
